As a leading global generic manufacturer Viatris wanted to innovate how their Sales Force worked with Pharmacists to grow generic substitution in their stores against tough competition in the European market. Viatris needed an industry leading solution to help engage their Sales Force and create a more meaningful business relationship with Pharmacists.
In 2012 PharmaData partnered with Viatris and launched Myris®. Myris® is a tailored PharmaData Generic Intelligence white label product that aimed to create true partnerships between Viatris’s Sales Force and Pharmacists through real-time dispensary data analytics across France.

Our Client: CB1 Medical
Our Solution: A connected patient platform for medical cannabis care
CB1 Medical is the UK's leading clinician-led digital medical cannabis clinic, founded by specialist consultants from one of the largest NHS primary care services in the Midlands. The clinic treats chronic pain, anxiety, insomnia, arthritis, PTSD, fibromyalgia and related conditions — and was preparing for major growth, with a stated goal to more than double its patient base in 2026.
To get there, CB1 needed to retire its existing mobile app and replace it with a single, integrated digital experience that worked across desktop, tablet and mobile. They needed a platform built for compliance from day one, capable of handling significant scale, and able to streamline every stage of the patient journey — from first consultation to repeat prescription.
In November 2025, CB1 Medical launched its new patient platform — built on MediStack UK. The platform replaces the old app with one connected experience at patient.cb1medical.com: patients can check eligibility, register, book and amend appointments, request prescriptions, and manage their full treatment in one place. One-tap login via mobile number means existing CB1 patients moved across with no re-registration required.

ScriptPad
Our Client: 13SICK
Our Solution: Electronic prescribing for a mobile doctor network
13SICK runs one of Australia's largest after-hours home-doctor services, with a network of more than 200 doctors operating remotely and on-the-road across the country. As a group they have delivered over 10 million consultations, and prescribing sits at the centre of that workflow — every shift, every patient, every visit. They needed an electronic prescribing system that could keep up at that scale: one that worked from any device, integrated cleanly with their mobile workforce, and didn't tie clinicians to a desk.
PharmaData partnered with 13SICK and deployed ScriptPad. Within days, doctors were issuing digital prescriptions from the field — no clunky desktop dependency, no paper hand-offs, no integration delays. ScriptPad's any-device approach meant prescribers could work the way they already work, and the platform plugged into 13SICK's existing operational stack rather than asking them to change.
The result: 13SICK's mobile doctor network of 200+ was prescribing electronically inside the first week. Patients got their prescriptions faster, doctors got back to patients quicker, and 13SICK got the modern e-prescribing infrastructure their service model demands.

Our Client: Alphapharm
Our Solution: Real-time insights for consistent support
As a leading Australian generic manufacturer Alphapharm was looking to innovate how their Sales Force interacted and built professional relationships with Pharmacists. Alphapharm needed an innovative solution to help strengthen client loyalty nationally amongst their partnering pharmacies and sustainably grow generic substitution.

As a leading pharmacy group expanding their stores across Australia Pharmacy4Less needed to maintain a strong point of difference with their patients. Pharmacy4Less wanted a tailored, innovative solution to help support their Pharmacists and Retail Assistants in the front of shop to improve quality of care and increase better health outcomes.
In 2016 PharmaData partnered with Pharmacy4Less and launched PharmaBuddy. PharmaBuddy is a core PharmaData product aimed to assist Group Owners and Retail Managers help their Retail Assistants recommend better health outcomes by becoming more patient centric.
PharmaBuddy empowered Group Owners and Retail Managers to set focus products in real-time based on seasonal health trends and monitor how well they were received by patients. Pharmacists were also able to proactively train Retail Assistants who needed help understanding how focus products would benefit patients and provide a better health outcome. By strengthening their customer service skills Retail Assistants were becoming more patient centric and encouraging loyalty from the added value they were providing.
